Losing weight is not just eating right, we all know exercise is a crucial part and yes we can lose alot of weight by simply changing our diet however, it is important to work on your strength and muscles to maximise weight loss! So working out for me is literally the part I hate
The one thing I hate about working out is having a routine, like some days I am all over the place doing whatever I can remember to work on, that’s one reason why I like circuit training it’s easy to follow however I get bored of the same thing all the time and having to find and new routines on YouTube was becoming pretty annoying! I bought myself the Jillian Micheals: 30 Day Shred – check it out! This is literally a game changer and with 3 different levels its brilliant to watch yourself go from one to three and seeing results within weeks I loved how she “works small muscles with big muscles for maximum results” . She really doesn’t mess around and if you do it right you will begin to see the difference, my arms starting toning up first then my legs I noticed my waist going smaller It was great and the best part of it all is ITS ONLY A 20 MINUTE WORKOUT!!! And, because its all circuit training you be shedding weight HOURS after the workout! I loved it!
However once I started to see my body change I noticed there are areas I want to work on more, and others not so much so step aside Jillian and enter Alexa Jean, now these workouts are the easiest I have ever come across and BOY do they work! I literally started them this week and I kid you not I am seeing RESULTS! her but and ab workout is DEFINITELY worth a try, they’re intesne but she keeps it easy by doing less moves but longer circuits than Jillian! She has a range of guides from eating to working out. What I love most about Alexa is she just had a baby December 2016 and – YOU CAN NOT TELL – I had to insert a picture to show you guys, shes amazing and her workouts are incredible they’re so easy it makes me laugh, the results were so wuick and so good I want to do it more and more! BY THE WAY GUYS IT WASN’T ALL FUN AND GAMES I WAS SORE FOR 48 HRS !!! BUT, thats what the protein shakes there for! -If you want to know more about protein shakes let me know in the comments or DM me ! Oh and another thing I love about her workouts, you don’t need ANY equipment!

You do not have to go out your way and start buying everything that claims to help you lose weight or help you get fit! I refuse to give in and pay for things I KNOW I can get/do for free! (Okay other than the Jillian DVD I got that whilst shopping in Asda! So I class that as part of my weekly shop LOL, plus when I got it I had a DVD player, but now THE WORLDS online so why go out your way to buy things right? that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t buy it, if you want to then by all means go ahead its WORTH EVERY PENNY ).
For my Jillian Micahels work out, I have subscribed to BeFit on Youtube they have all the levels! As for Alexa Jean, she sells digital ebooks on her site HERE but, I didn’t buy them they’re books and its so annoying trying to READ how to workout I never get it right I prefer watching someone do it so, THANK GOD for the new ‘save’ option on Instagram, So I went on to Alexa Jeans fitness page on Instagram found the few workouts I likes and saved them, so some days I use her workouts and some days I do jillians, it keeps things different and keeps me going!
