The Best Primer – Ever!

Yes, you read that right, this is THE best primer I have ever purchased! This baby is my GO – TO, even on NO makeup days!

Okay so most if you know me you will know I work for The Body Shop, however, I am always honest about products I use and NO I don’t get paid to blog about them! This is all my personal review on this product! -Now we’ve got that one out of the way…

Today I’m reviewing my FAVOURITE primer the Wunderblur, the name fits perfectly! When trying a new product that raves how well it “blurs” your skin leaving it looking flawless bla di bla… I am never 100% convinced but I try them anyway!

Okay so first the packaging, it’s a tube which you squeeze to take out the product which is okay to use, although I do prefer a bottle with a pump however that’s just a personal preference.

On to the good stuff, the actual product, so it’s the weirdest consistency, it’ss silicone based however when applying it, it feels more like a cream. I found it weird at first but after playing around with different ways to use it I found taking a pea sized amount onto the back of my hand and just patting it slightly to ‘warm’ the product up is the best way to get it ‘ready’ as it holds its shape from when it is squeezed out.

The wunderblur is really easy to apply it glides on and smoothens your whole skin out, literally blurs ALL pores, lines and marks on your skin leaving it looking smooth and flawless, perfect to wear on its own or underneath makeup for an EXTRA flawless look.

The main reason why I LOVE this product so much and have named it my absolute favourite is how it keeps your skin matte without making it look flat? if that makes sense, so it leaves definition to your face whilst making it matte and flawless. Also my T-zone gets oily throughout the day which isn’t cute when I need my makeup to last all day in the same place! Whenever I use this primer my skin has ZERO traces of oil!! It’s crazy! This never ever happens with any primer I literally wore my makeup 8am and I was out and about all day in the city, in the dirt! (Yes the air is absolutely FULL of pollution that damages your skin but ima leave that for another post ..) and it was when I came to take my makeup off at 10pm I realised my makeup looked ALMOST as good as it did in the morning, NO oily skin I was shocked!! I tested it out for longer hours (the longest being 18 hours) and it was still OIL FREE

This primer is the answer to my prayers! If your looking for a primer that will make you look flawless yet matte this is THE one! it’s amazing! I was so glad I picked it up and it was on OFFER over at @bodyshopwithaneesa where I always have offers on all my favourite products so CHECK it out guyss!!

Thank you for reading my post, what other posts would you like to see I’m open to suggestions!

My Favourite Body Shop Face Masks

If you know me you will already know how much I love the body shop mineral and ginger warming clay mask, seen as I have already done a blog post about it I’m not going into too much detail you can find the full review HERE. It’s brilliant, it really does cleanse my face thoroughly removing blackheads and whiteheads!

The next two masks I am going to talk about are literally both as good as each other however I like one A LITTLE more than the other!

The famous Himalayan charcoal purifying glow mask, 100% vegan, infused with bamboo charcoal, green tea leaves and organic tea tree oil. this mask draws out impurities and refines the appearance of pores to reveal a healthy looking natural glow to the skin.

The mask is grey in colour and dries within 10 minutes, I apply this using a  flat foundation brush it does the job! The mask feels pretty strong and intense when on I love the tingling feeling, it means it is working! YAY! It has an earth-y smell to it, which is another thing I LOVE!

Once it has dried I remove it using warm water and rub my hands around in circular motions concentrating on any area where I have blackheads and huge pores, the mask forms into a granule texture when I am washing it off which is then used to exfoliate my skin!

Once removed and dried my skin feels SO smooth, fresh and cleanIt’ss amaaziiing!!My pores disappear leaving my skin looking flawless and supple! I use this on days where I am giving my skin a massive detox or its the end of the day and I’ve removed my makeup and my skin feels oily and groggy? If thats even a word!

The ginseng and ice clarifying polishing mask; as much as I love the Himalayan mask this one is definitely MY FAVOURITE!!

This mask is inspired by the Chinese tradition of using ginseng extract, rice and sesame seed oil. This exfoliating mask is used to make your skin brighter, even and supple!

The mask is white in colour and is lightweight, and easy to spread, this mask can be used 2 or 3 times a week, I honestly would use this every other day it feels so nice when it’s on, it feels light and creamy!

I apply this the same as I apply the Himalayan mask, it smells nice and once it has been removed my skin looks amazing, bright and fresh, it feels so so soft, I can never stop touching my face after using this!

I use this mask in the morning to prep my skin ready for the day, it in the evening when I feel like having a little pamper!

The masks both retail for £16 each however if you are following me on my BODY SHOP page @beautybyaneesa_skincare I have currently got an AMAZING offer on at the moment if you buy 2 face masks you receive a third on FOR FREEEEEEE!!!!! Please note this offer ends ) Wednesday 11.59pm!

(If you do miss this offer then simply DM me and I can offer you the same discount JUST for reading my blog post!! AAAYYY!! haha, in all honesty, I just appreciate every single person who has supported me in any way shape or form from the very start till this day, so I feel like giving back in my pwn personal way is always nice, so be sure to DM me on instagram! Or email me! 😀 )

There are 5 superfood masks from the body shop I plan to buy them all LOL! Have any of you used any of the other masks? are they as good as the others?

*I have purchased both masks myself and reviews are all my opinions*

Warming Clay Mask-Review

I love trying new face masks and finding new products to add to my skin care collection. Recently I came across the Warming Mineral & Ginger Mask, now this is the first time I have used a warming clay mask and I was excited I had seen reviews and everyone seems to love this stuff so I was eager to see how it works for me!

So what is this mask for?

Well in the description it does state it is for any type of skin however, I do feel like it might be harsh for sensitive skin? my skin reacts to certain acid toners and this has a slight tingling sensation so for those with sensitive skin, maybe find a sample of the product first?

The warming clay mask claims this product

“cleanse your skin, purify any pores/blackheads and absorb excess oil”

So I use this in my evening skin care routine, I only use it once or twice a week. I squeeze the product out onto my flat foundation brush (Yas! I use this for my masks because I don’t use it to apply foundation and it’s easier and cleaner than using my hands) and apply to wet skin. The product is white in colour and the consistency is quite thick and I found it a little hard to apply to my face but once it starts to warm up which is like 3 seconds later, it’s so much more easier to spread.

So once on it takes seconds before it starts working and my whole face felt a nice warm sensation with a little tingling and it’s not the harsh tingling it’s the nice one !! haha like it feels like its working. I was it off with warm water and I can feel and see instant results! My face looks brighter and feels SO soft and clean and clear it’s amazing I haven’t ever seen results like this after a mask it’s so good! my blackheads have reduced MASSIVELY they’re barely visible, my nose feels so smooth and clear that is where my blackheads were, also I had white heads which have seemed to be disappearing, all the small under the skin bumps have also gone!! Even after a whole 2 days later I could still see and feel the results! I love this product so much I have already purchased back ups!

As this is a clay mask and has strong properties it is recommended as a weekly treatment.

I purchased this on offer for £7, HERE  it’s retailed at £10 from The Body Shop. I was not paid to do this review I genuinely LOVE this product 🙂

Thanks for reading my review Follow me on Instagram @beautybyaneesa_

Superdrug Vitamin E – Review

So everyone and their mum is raving about the Superdrug vitamin E products and I gave into the hype to check out what all the fuss was about!

I got the Vitamin E eye cream, facial serum and the famous facial mist and as always I didn’t even bother checking what type of skin it is for! I really need to start paying attention rather than buying anything that everyone hypes about, especially when it comes to skin care products.

The first thing I got was the vitamin E eye cream, this is supposed to nourish and hydrate the under eyes. So far I have been using it in the morning and the evening and my under eyes have gone really soft which makes my makeup look smoother it also makes my eyes feel awake and not tired, so I am liking it for that reason however, it is so rich and thick you need the tiniest amount like so so small and if you use a little too much it feels thick, sticky and heavy.  I am still looking for the perfect eye cream!

The next thing and this is purely because everybody and their dog was raving about it, it’s the vitamin E facial mist! Now, this product and I have a love-hate relationship, I love the smell, and that’s about all that I love! The product seems great and someone with dry skin would LOVE it, is so hydrating, for me it’s a little TOO hydrating I am left looking like I drenched my face in oil! Also the nozzle? like why does it shoot straight at you? for that reason I always ended up spraying too much! So I resulted in spraying it onto a cotton pad and applying it to my face, avoiding my T-zone as that is where I get really oily and it does give my skin a healthy glow as long as I pat it in there’s no sticky-ness. I can’t use it every day but it’s great for the days my skin feels dry and dull.

The third thing I picked up was the vitamin E facial serum, this again like the mist this smells amazing, I love the smell of the products in this range. I applied the serum on after cleansing in the morning and evening and it instantly makes my skin feel AMAZINGLY smooth, I like this for days where I going to add extra moisture and it sinks straight into the skin without making it look sticky or leaving my skin looking oily, I use this on days where I am going to be using a lot of powder based products as my skin dries easily. I like it, I don’t love it because overall I don’t think it did anything amazing to my skin also when I applied too much I found I get small under the skin spots/bumps!

Over all the whole range is so cheap each product was under £5 and always on offer, I got them on offer too from Superdrug buy one, get one-half price, which makes them even cheaper, I think the products would be really good for people with dry skin, however the facial spray is also great to set makeup, or to give your face a natural glow! But I don’t see myself buying anything else from this range, it didn’t wow me.

Has anyone else tried anything from this range?

How My New Skincare Routine Changed My Skin

Everybody wants to look flawless right? And what do we do to try and achieve it? Buy a foundation costing £40 and then a primer for £20 then we realise we have really bad under eyes so we invest in concealers so almost around £50-£80 on trying to achieve flawless skin and while we’re at it we are destroying the skin more!! So recently I decided to spend more money on skin care to make my skin better which resulted in making any foundation look flawless!! See I believe you can make any product work but in their own way.

So I switched up EVERYTHING I used except my trusty St.Ives face scrub. So firstly I am so grateful for the ladies who introduced me to all these amazing products, my skin has transformed and I have never been so confident in my own skin!

Makeup Remover

So starting off with removing my makeup, if I am wearing makeup I use the Garnier Micellar cleansing water for my face and for my eye makeup I use the Nivea eye makeup cleanser, never in my life have I seen such an amazing product!

Cleanse

Next, I cleanse again or go straight to this step if I’m not wearing makeup. I am still switching up cleansers I am currently searching for the one! But till then I am liking the Pixi Cleanser this leaves my skin feeling REALLY smooth and looking bright, however I am still contemplating whether it’s a favourite, another thing I like about this cleanser is that I can use it as a mask, so I will apply it and leave it on for about 10 minutes then wash it off as normal. The next cleanser I have been using and actually really been liking this because it is a cleanser, toner and moisturiser and I picked it up for £1.75! It is the Avon Care 3 in 1 cleanser, this is priced at £3.50 but I got it on offer, and I am really liking it, it makes my skin look and feel fresh and bright and it doesn’t dry my skin which is the best thing ever I hate cleansers that dry my skin out!! Lastly the third cleanser I am using and I am not really liking it is the L’Oreal fine flower gel wash, I have done a mini review on this on my Instagram you can read that HERE.

Scrub

After Cleansing I scrub, I don’t always scrub I don’t want to dry my skin out but the only scrub I ever use and have used is the St.Ives scrub, I know a lot of people have said this scrub did not work for them, but I love it!

Mask

If I am going to use a mask it’s usually after scrubbing and depending on what products I have used already then I pick a mask it’s usually between the L’Oreal pure clay masks, the Detox one and Glow one are my favourite!

Moisturise

Eye:

For my eyes I use the Vitamin E Eye cream from the Superdrug range, so far I am like it makes my eye area feel smooth which makes applying makeup on easier, it also gives me a ‘wake up’ feeling.

Face:

Now it’s time to put all the moisture back into the skin and I have Oily combination skin so finding a moisturiser that’s moisturising enough and doesn’t make my skin more oily is pretty hard and annoying so I’m floating between moisturisers. I use to use the Nivea moisturiser for sensitive skin, I don’t have sensitive skin but I liked it because it was light, well I thought it was until it started to make my skin look greasy! So I got the Mac studio moisture fix, this is really lightweight I love this moisturiser however, £22 for a moisturiser is pretty expensive so I am looking for a cheaper alternative. The best thing that has happened since I changed my skin are routine is that my dry skin has gone less noticeable, the facial sprays I have been using have cleared my skin and kept it hydrated so my skin isn’t as dry as it used to be. My favourite facial spray I use every single day without a doubt is the

My favourite facial spray I use every single day without a doubt is the Mario Badescu Facial spray this spray is AMAZING I reviewed it in a previous post which you can find HERE. It has helped clear marks on my face and kept it hydrated I can’t talk about this spray enough! I love it! Some days When I feel like my skin is more on the oily side I don’t even bother using a cream I just pray this all over my face and neck, it’s really made my skin feel and look better!

I have also been liking the Vitamin E serum from the Superdrug range, I still haven’t decided whether I like it or not but what I do know is that it makes my skin feel so smooth! A lot of people have claimed the Vitamin E range has broke their skin out, I’m still not sure about it! The same range have a hydrating must which is another great product to hydrate your skin I have a love hate relationship with this it can make you look oily and feel sticky if you use too much, but when the right amount is used it can be so good! I am going to be doing a full review on some of the products I have in the Vitamin E range so look out for that!

Toner

Toners something I switch up between however I have found an amazing toner, I am loving it so far I only got it very recently but omg I love it! It is the La-Roche Posay Serozonic Spray, this toner is for oily skin which is perfect for me, it slightly tingles, but it’s a good tingle!

The Mario Badescu facial spray is another spray I use as a toner it is so versatile you can use it to set makeup hydrate and tone your face, you can even use it on your hair!! If you don’t already own it, you need it!

Body

Lastly the latest edition to my morning skin care routine is the Nip & Fab Tummy Fix, When I first saw this on the Superdrug website I was so curious and HAD to check it out, so far I haven’t seen results however I am hoping its one of those products that needs to be used over a long period of time before you can see results!#

I don’t use all these products daily I switch them up depending on the weather or how my skin is, and remember guys what works for me may not work for you and I have Oily/Combination skin, just thought I would add that in, incase anyone wanted to try the products out although I do believe some of these if not most are actually good for dry skin!

Thank you for reading my post, this was just my morning routine, would anyone like to see an evening skin care routine? Let me know in the comments below and follow me on Instagram @beautybyaneesa_ to keep up with what I am loving!

False Lash Superstar Mascara – Review

I saw a TV ad on these mascaras, the ‘Xfiber’ one and I was sold – Damn you TV, selling me shit all the time! I was convinced this mascara was going to give me HUGE lashes! I was feeling slightly guilty for not repurchasing my ALL TIME FAVOURITE mascara the Maybelline Lash Sensational, but I wanted to try something new,  So I went to Superdrug to pick one up and I totally forgot which mascara it was! There were two mascaras that looked the same with different colour packaging so I ended up getting the Superstar False Lash mascara (silver packaging).

False Lash Superstar Mascara

The superstar mascara has a double end, one side is a white primer that thickens and adds volume to prepare the lashes before the second coat. The other end has the actual mascara with fibre in it to lengthen the lashes.

So I have been using this since I got it and it definitely makes your lashes look longer I love the primer it really gives VOLUME to the lashes and the shape of the brush helps it get into the corner of my eye to grab each hair! The mascara applies nicely over the primer and makes your lashes look long and HUGE! The only thing I don’t like about this mascara is half way through the day the lashes don’t look as lifted as they did when you apply the mascara so by the end of the day they look straight :/ which is annoying so I mentioned how I did not like it all and some people recommended I go for the Xfiber one, the one I actually saw on TV -.-!

False Lash Superstar X Fiber Mascara

So the Superstar Xfiber mascara is similar to the other mascara however, the primer is black and does the exact same thing as the white one so it gives your lashes volume and a lift. The other side of this, well as you can tell by the name has Extra fibers compared to the other mascara, you can see them on the wand in the picture, with this mascara because it’s like adding two coats I apply the fiber part mainly at the ends of the lashes and they look amazing! This one is my favourite from the two, but I wouldn’t say its my favourite mascara it looks a little clumpy, that’s mainly because of the fibers, I still prefer the Maybelline Lash Sensational, it’s literally my most favourite mascara EVER!

I got both of these from Superdrug, they were both £10.99 but L’Oreal always have some sort of offer on and if they don’t then Superdrugs will have one on, I hardly ever buy anything that’s not on offer! Why pay full price when they will almost always be on offer right?

Rate these products out of 10: (Superstar) 5/10 (Xfiber) 7/10

Would I recommend these products?: (Superstar) No (Xfiber) Yes

Would I repurchase these products: No

Maybelline Fit Me Matte & Poreless Foundation – Review

Today I am going to be reviewing the Maybelline Fit Me Matte and Poreless! wow that was a mouthful! Haha!! I have the Fit Me dewy foundation and it’s literally my go to foundation for everyday wear, I love it so when I saw that Maybelline released a matte version I wasn;t overly excited, I just think the packaging was putting me off, I like foundations with a pump but I ended up buying it anyway as I heard many good things so I thought, hey why not?

So first things first the price, I actually purchased this while doing my weekly food shop! I always have a little nosey at the beauty products to see what’s on offer (that’s my way of allowing myself to buy something ha!), saying that, this foundation wasn’t actually on offer but I picked it up anyway and it cost £4 which is pretty cheap for a foundation considering you get a decent amount!

The packaging, as I have already said I don;t really like it, it can get messy and I don’t really know how much I use as it’s not like the normal, one pump or two pumps, with this it’s however much you take out? if that makes sense? Although this isn;t a major issue, but  I prefer a bottle with a pump!

I applied this using the Real Techniques sponge and I have used this with a Morphe blending brush, for those brush lovers I totally felt like it went on smoother with the brush! I actually prefer a brush with thicker foundations!

Th foundation colour was a good match although I am 125 in the Dewy foundation. I got 120 because my shade wasn’t there however, it was perfectly fine I guess with it going into Autumn/Winter months I can use lighter shades without looking out of place! The consistency is slightly thicker than the dewy foundation, but because it’s a matte foundation I was kind of expecting that.

It definitely had a matte finish it, but not the chalky type, it was a nice matte and left my skin looking smooth and my pores were gone, I have tried it with and without a primer, and both times there was not a huge difference! Without the primer, my larger pores were still slightly visible but with a primer, there was nothing my skin looked flawless I was very impressed!

Did it last?…Yes it lasted all day! obviously, it wasn’t as fresh as it looks in the morning but my makeup was still looking amazing at the end of the day I didn’t want to remove it. This is perfect for no makeup days, it doesn’t look cakey at all, I would say the coverage is light to medium but you can definitely build it to look more medium to full!

Lastly, I wanted to add that my makeup stayed matte throughout the day which was pretty amazing, my T-zone always gets oily within 2 hours!

Pixi; Best Of Bright – Review

One of my boxing day/new year purchases was the Pixi Glow Best of Bright set, it’s a set of travel sizes of the Pixi glow tonic, the glow mud mask and the glow mud cleanser. Now, I have been wanting to try this brand out for ages! I have heard so many good things about the Glow mask but as always there are negative reviews on how it breaks out some on people, anyways so when I saw this on sale I thought it would be a good way to try the products out because there is no way I was going to purchase the full product and then find it wasn’t good for my skin!

The set was a part of the Christmas gift sets from M&S and it was on sale for £12 down from £20, when I bought this I didn’t actually know they were travel sizes so I was pretty gutted when I saw how tiny they
were! They like fit in my palm!! aha

Pixi Cleansing mud mask: Cleanses deep into the pores and detoxifies the skin, it also contains 5% hyaluronic acid, aloe vera, avocado, oil to pump and nourish the skin.

Pixi Glow mud mask: Draws out impurities and combats breakouts. The mask revitalises, clarifies and brightens the skin, Kaolin and sea salt purify the skin while Ginseng and aloe vera balance.

Pixi Glow Tonic: An exfoliating toner that works to perfect the skin tone and texture leaving the skin with a healthy glow. It contains Aloe vera, ginseng, botanical extracts which work together to soothe and treat problematic skin. The product claims it is gentle on all skin types ( I don’t believe this is true after hearing other reviews so if you do purchase this I would advise getting a sample or travel size one)

So I have used these products for a week I used the mask twice and I used the cleanser and toner daily for about a week, and here are my thoughts on them!

Cleanser

When I first used the cleanser I found it a little weird how it goes thicker and thicker as you massage it however it is a nice feeling as if your rubbing all the dirt out of your face. A good tip when using the cleanser given to me by Phosbeauty, is to massage the cleanser into the skin and leave it on as a mask for around 10minutes, this leaves you skin feeling extra smooth! I like the cleanser but I wouldn’t say I love it, it cleans my skin and leaves it feeling really soft and looking a lot brighter however, I don’t think it’s amazing.

Mud Mask

I’ve never tried a mud mask on my face so this one is a first, I have used it a handful of times and I think its a nice mask for a normal day It made my skin look brighter and feel really soft which I liked, I find this mask is best to do in my evening skin care routine, in the morning my face looked bright and my skin looked great! I might possibly buy this again.

Glow Tonic

Now this one is the reason I bought the whole thing! people rave about this toner so much I had to try it out and honestly it has been a love hate relationship! When I first used it it was that time of the month, so I broke out really bad, I was so annoyed because I hadn’t broke out like this in YEARS so I blamed the toner and put it away a week or so later I thought it may have been because my skin is more sensitive at that time so I gave it a go and I REALLY liked it, obviously not straight away but a week of using it in my evening skin care I noticed my skin looks more fresh and has a healthy glow, my skin looks the best it has ever looked!!

Overall I think I would purchase the Glow Tonic again and maybe the mud mask but I don’t think I would purchase the cleanser, I still haven’t found ‘THE’ cleanser, every cleanser I use has something I don’t like about it!

Rate the product: 7/10

Would I recommend it: Yes

Would I repurchase: Not all the products!

If you do want to buy yourself this version it is no longer available in M&S however you can buy it from HERE, which I think is worth it as you get all three products to try out before knowing if you like them.

Thank you for reading my review!

Ride Or Die Tag

I thought as seen as I love reading other bloggers ‘Ride Or Die’ Tags I could share with you guys my ride or die makeup products some of these are recent purchases but I seriously don’t see myself putting them down anytime soon!

So I am going to begin with my base!

The first product in my ride or dies is the Smashbox Photo Finish Primer. I have QUICKLY fallen in love with this primer, I am so happy I received it in my Asiana Beauty Box (Find out how to get yours HERE)

Next, it’s my colour corrector from NYX Cosmetics, I love this palette, I use ALL the shades but mostly the yellow, peach and green. They really do make a difference to my finished look!

This is my most favourite foundation, if I had to choose the only ever foundation to use for the rest of my life it would be the Maybelline Fit Me Dewy foundation! It’s my go to when I am going for an everyday look, it’s also amazing for a glam look the ‘dewy’ look gives the face a natural glow! LOVE ITT!!!

Concealer, I have used many concealers and switched them all up, but the one I have always repurchased and love the most is the Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer.

Brooowwss, for my brows I can not live without the Maybelline Satin Brow! This double ended brow pencil is perfect for a quick fill-in to a defined brow.

Moving on the eyes, My Holy Grail eyeliner that I never shut up about is the AOM Extreme Art Liner Pen. For mascara I have to pick the Maybelline Lucious Lash Sensational mascara, I have not used anything else since the day I purchased this, it’s amazing!! My ride or die eyeshadow palette is definitely the Kat Von D Shade & Light EYE palette(Full Review Here).

Contouring is my favourite part of doing my makeup! I love how I can define my cheeks to my hearts content or add a little definition if I am going for a simple ‘no makeup’ look! To contour I use two products, firstly it’s my cream contour stick from AOM Cosmetics(Full review Here), these are amazing! If you don’t already own them I suggest you invest in them! For powder I use my Kat Von D Shade & Light Palette, this is the best thing I ever purchased.

If you know me, you will know that I use this blusher palette almost every single day! It is the Urban Decay Gwen Stefani Blush Palette. The bottom three shades are the best combination for a natural blush colour for my face.

Lastly, for my lips I absolutely love the KVD Everlasting Liquid Lipstick, this one is fairly new but I literally don’t use anything else anymore, I stick to these and my two perfect shades are; Bow n Arrow and Lolita II.

That’s all my Ride or Die products, as I said before I love reading these type of posts so leave yours below and I will definitely give it a read!!

Thank you for reading!

BeautyBay Haul & Review

Hey Guys! I am back!! welcome to my new site!!! Been trying to sort this out this month so I’ve not blogged for a while but damn it feels so good to be back and I have loads of things to share with you all!!

So, I purchased a couple of things from Beauty Bay and wanted to share my review of each product, It was a huge haul however I picked up a few GEMS and I am sooo glad I did :D.

I’m just going to get right into it the first thing I got was the Grab & go Mario Badescu Set, I forgot the actual name of the set and the sets not available on their site however you can purchase them individually or part of other sets. This set contains a rose water & aloe vera facial spray and their drying lotion.

two are amazing! The facial spray can be used as a makeup setting spray, a toner or a just to help skin feel and look better and boy does it work! this set contained the mini travel version and I have finished it already and I’m going to be repurchasing the actual bottle next, since using it my skin looks fresh and feels smooth and hydrated. I sprayed this in my morning skin care routine, after I have done my makeup (even if I have used a setting spray already) and in my night time skincare routine, it’s brilliant! The best thing I have purchased! The spray retails for

The next product in this duo pack was the Mario Badescu drying lotion, it’s amazing I have never seen a product work so fast and so well! You simply dip a cotton bud into the bottle and take some of the pink product from the bottom and put it over each spot on your face and leave it over night, it dries the spot up, some spots need repeated treatment for 2 or 3 days but it goes right down without leaving and marks or any temptation to pop the spot (I have a REALLY bad habit of popping spots, I CAN’T HELP IT!) The product looks like this (picture above) so its clear liquid and the actual product is at the bottom so you have to keep the bottle upright,  this retails at £16 here. Definitely worth it but I would recommend to look out for the sets that have a number of the Mario Badescu products in them, I am so glad I discovered these products!! Thanks to the girls who recommended it!

Next I’m going to talk about the L.A Girl HD loose setting powder, I am looking for a setting powder that won’t patch up under my eyes, and unfortunately this was not the one! It sets my makeup fine but under my eyes it just went patchy so it’s now sitting in the drawer with all the other failed products! It’s a loose powder so you can imagine how messy it can get however if you be careful you can minimise all the crazy fall out. I was trying to find it on the beautybay website because I forgot how much it was and I can’t find it? So I’m guessing they might have got rid of it? or temporarily took it down I’m  not sure.

Top: 24Seven Bottom: Mars

I saved the best till last, these are (well was because I have currently lost it!!) one of my most favourite lipsticks and they are the Coloured Raine Matte Lipsticks these were recommended, well she raved about them so much I think she got everyone she knows to buy them, haha by PhosBeauty (check out her blog it’s amazing)! I got the shades ‘Mars’ a beautiful brown shade and ’24Seven’ a muted rose shade. These lipsticks are everything you look for in a matte lipstick!! Lightweight, great coverage, doesn’t dry your lips it’s so comfortable!, stays ALL DAY and I mean ALL DAY even after eating and drinking, obviously it wears off a little but at the end of the day it’s still there!! The shade ‘Mars is AMAZING! it’s my GO TO…well before I misplaced it, Still looking for it :(. I love these lipsticks and think everyone should get them! I got mine on sale for £8!

So that’s my mini haul/reviews done! I definitely recommend the Mario Badescu and coloured raine products! Thank you for reading my post!!
